How long does it take to receive my payment?

Payments are typically processed within 2-5 minutes after blockchain confirmation. During high network congestion, it may take up to 10 minutes.

What if I sent the wrong amount?

If you send an incorrect amount or the wrong cryptocurrency, the transaction cannot be recovered, and the funds may be permanently lost. Please ensure you carefully verify the coin type and exact amount before completing your transfer.

Can I cancel a transaction?

Once cryptocurrency is sent to our wallet, transactions cannot be reversed due to blockchain technology. However, if payment hasn't been sent yet, contact us immediately.

What are your transaction limits?

Minimum: $50 USD per transaction. Maximum: $5,000 USD per transaction, $25,000 USD daily. Exceeding limits will result in forfeiture of funds.

Do you store my personal information?

No. Sleektras does not collect, store, or retain any personal data. All transaction information is deleted immediately after completion.
