SleekTras enforces strict transaction limits to ensure security and compliance. All users must adhere to the following limits:

If you exceed the maximum limits ($1,000 per trade OR $2,500 daily), your cryptocurrency will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
Exceeding limits will result in:
- Immediate and permanent loss of all cryptocurrency sent
- No refund or compensation issued
- Transaction considered void
ALWAYS verify your transaction is under $1,000 per trade and $2,500 total daily before sending.
Transactions that exceed the maximum limit of $2,500 USD will be rejected, and all cryptocurrency sent will be permanently forfeited without refund. SleekTras is not responsible for recovering or returning cryptocurrency sent in violation of these limits.
Before initiating any transaction:
- Calculate the total USD value of your cryptocurrency
- Ensure your amount is between $50 and $2,500 USD
- Double-check the amount before proceeding to payment
All cryptocurrency transactions are processed according to the following terms:
- Standard transactions are processed within 2-5 minutes after blockchain confirmation
- During high network congestion, processing may take up to 30 minutes
- Bank transfers to your account occur within the stated timeframe after verification
- Payments are sent to the Nigerian bank account provided during transaction setup
- You are responsible for ensuring accurate bank account information
- SleekTras is not liable for payments sent to incorrect account details
By using SleekTras, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during transactions
- Verify all transaction details before submission
- Comply with all trade limits and restrictions
- Only send cryptocurrency from wallets you personally own and control
- Not use SleekTras for any illegal activities or money laundering
- Accept full responsibility for any losses due to user error
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending cryptocurrency from third-party or exchange wallets
- Using SleekTras for illegal transactions or fraud
- Attempting to circumvent trade limits through multiple accounts
- Providing false or misleading information
- Engaging in any activity that violates Nigerian or international law

Cryptocurrency transactions involve inherent risks including but not limited to:

SleekTras shall not be held liable for:
- Loss of cryptocurrency due to exceeding trade limits
- Delays in blockchain confirmation or network congestion
- User errors in providing incorrect bank account information
- Market price fluctuations during transaction processing
- Technical issues, system downtime, or force majeure events
- Third-party service failures (banks, payment processors, blockchain networks)
SleekTras maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific transaction in question.
SleekTras is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and process data including:
- Bank account details for payment processing
- Transaction history and cryptocurrency wallet addresses
This information is used solely for transaction processing and security purposes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law.
In the event of a dispute:
